We also respect the rights of software developers and tool creators. When we reference third-party FRP tools, drivers, or utilities, we link to publicly available resources for educational purposes and credit their original source wherever possible. We do not claim ownership of any third-party software.

Please allow us a reasonable time to review and respond to valid requests.

3. Our Response to Valid Notices

Once we receive a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the claim promptly.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the claim is valid.
  • Make a good-faith effort to notify the person who posted the content, where applicable.

We reserve the right to request additional information before acting, and to seek clarification if a notice is incomplete.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
  2. Your full name, email address, and contact information.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Learn One Tech maintains a policy of terminating access, where applicable, for users or contributors who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. We take copyright seriously and act to prevent ongoing infringement on our platform.

6. Fair Use & Educational Purpose

Learn One Tech publishes technical guides and references for educational and legitimate device-recovery purposes. Where we reference brand names, device models, or third-party tools, we do so for identification and instructional purposes only. All trademarks, product names, and logos mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
